With candied pecans, feta cheese and raspberry vinaigrette.


WALDORF SALAD

Fresh apple, celery and walnuts in a traditional dressing atop a bed of lettuce.


CAESAR SALAD

Romaine, parmesan and homemade croutons tossed in our own Caesar dressing.

EGGS BENEDICT

Traditional poached eggs atop a toasted English muffin and Canadian bacon. Topped with Hollandaise sauce.


SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN HASH

Diced grilled chicken, smoked sausage, red and green peppers, onion, potatoes and mushrooms combined in a skillet with the Chef’s special seasoning. Served with
eggs to order.


SHRIMP & GRITS

Shrimp sautéed with country ham & red peppers in a rich cream sauce. Served over cheddar grit cakes.


FRENCH TOAST

Prepared with a delicate and buttery croissant and served with warm maple syrup and whipped butter.
